Why am I being asked to log into UVideos to watch full episodes with a key symbol?
Through an arrangement with participating TV providers, we're making full episodes of some of your favorite Univision shows available in high-quality video the day after they air on television. Only if you log in with a participating TV Provider account can you view the most recent full episodes.
Do I need to register on UVideos to watch full episodes?
No, you do not need to register on UVideos.com to watch full episodes.
When are new shows available?
Most UVideos content will be available to you within 24 hours after they air on television.
How much does this exclusive access cost?
This service is free as part of your TV subscription account.
How often do I need to log in?
Once activated, your session is valid for 30 days. This is determined by each individual TV provider, so the term may vary.

These shows are not available on a pay-per-view basis. However, as a subscriber of a participating TV provider, you'll have access to many full episodes whenever you log on to your computer.

We will continue to add TV providers. Send UVideos an email here with your TV Provider information and we will send you an email when yours is added to the list.

How do I connect with my Facebook friends on UVideos?
When you use Facebook to log into UVideos, we connect you with all of your Facebook friends who have also logged into UVideos with Facebook.
Who can see my activity on Facebook?
You decide! It can be your friends, anyone that visits your profile or you don't need to share anything. Turn social sharing "OFF" and your activity will not be shared. Turn social sharing "ON" and your Facebook friends will be able to see your UVideos activities on Facebook and UVideos. If you share something and want to remove it from Facebook, you can! Click the avatar drop down menu and remove the videos from the recently viewed menu.
Who can see my activity on Twitter?
If you choose to share your comments via Twitter, your followers will able to see them.
How do I manage my privacy and sharing settings?

What is the social stream?
The social stream displays comments that are time synced with the video you are watching. You can comment in the social stream by signing in with either Facebook and/or Twitter. As you watch a video, comments will appear that correspond to that moment in the video. How cool is that!
Can I share my social stream posts?
Yes. Before making a comment in the social stream, click the Facebook and/or Twitter icons below the comment box so that they highlight. Your comments will then be shared on each social network.
How do I sign out of UVideos?
To log out of UVideos click on the avatar dropdown menu and click the red "sign out" button.

What are the computer system requirements to watch videos on UVideos.com?
Watching full episodes on this site requires the following minimum system requirements:

Do I need to be connected to the Internet?
Yes, to watch shows on this site, you need to be connected to the Internet using a broadband connection. We recommend a downstream bandwidth of at least 1.5 Mbps for a smooth playback experience.

Yes. It is available on both a Mac and a PC.
Do I need a specific web browser (e.g. Internet Explorer, Netscape, Mozilla, etc.)?

How long does it take to show a video?
Once you select a show, you can start watching in moments. The exact time depends on your connectivity.
I'm having trouble getting shows to play on my computer. Why is this happening?
If you're having trouble playing shows on your computer, check your browser version and flash player version.
When I try to watch a show, the video keeps skipping. Why is this happening?
To get the most optimal experience, be sure to check your broadband connection at www.speedtest.net. Once there, click on the green Begin Test button to initiate a speed test. Once complete, your downstream bandwidth is displayed in the "Download" box near the middle of your screen. You should have at least a 1.0 Mpbs connection for smooth video viewing.
Player Features/Tablet
Can I adjust the volume on the player?
Yes. There is a volume control in the bottom right of the video you are playing. Simply use your mouse to hover over the video, and a volume icon will appear in the bottom right of the video. Use that icon to control the volume of your video.
Can I pause, fast forward and rewind shows while I'm watching them?
Yes. First, use your mouse to hover over the video you are playing. At the bottom of your video a pause button and time bar will appear. Use those controls to pause, fast forward, and rewind, your video.
How do I share a video that is playing?
To share a video, hover over the video. Three icons will appear in the top right of the video screen. Click the top "Share" icon and you will be able to share the video via Facebook, Twitter, Google+, Pinterest or email.
Can I embed the video player on my blog?
Yes. To get the embed code for the video you are watching, hover over the video and three icons will appear on the right. Click the top "Share" icon and a new window will appear. At the bottom of the window is an embed code. Use that code to embed the UVideos player on your blog.
UVideos App/Tablet
Does the UVideos App have any software requirements?
UVideos Application requires a minimum iOS 4.0 and above, so please make sure you are running the most current software on your device. This app is not supported by 1st generation iPhone and iPod Touch Devices. UVideos Application also supports Android Smartphones/Tablets running Android OS 2.2+
If I travel outside of the U.S., will I be able to see my favorite shows on my UVideos App?
UVideos app checks the location of the user regardless if they downloaded the app in the US/PR. If the user is outside of this location, user will be prompted with error message letting them know content is only available for playback in US/PR (this is dependent on a per video basis).
